Consumers are particularly interested in information about bread ingredients. Wholemeal bread, for example, consists of water, wholegrain wheat flour, rye flakes, natural sourdough, wholegrain spelt flour, wholegrain rye flour, rolled oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, salt and yeast.
 

Prepacked bread rolls and a variety of cakes are also available!

Article data are stored in a label printer (GLP 80) [1] and printed on decorative labels after entry of the article number (BBL 92) [2]], 68 x 55 mm. These are then affixed by hand to the packed breads and other goods.

Numeric data can be encoded subsequently on the decorative labels, if desired.
