Bizerba quality of the base material

All Bizerba P+E products are manufactured with high-quality base materials with corresponding thermal coatings based on lactone so that original Bizerba thermal labels fully comply with the high requirements of our quality directives. This applies to thermal papers with various performance features as well as to thermal coated PE foils, which are especially used when e. g. particularly resistance to tearing or extreme resistance of the labels to environmental influence or purity of grades are required when recycling PE packaging.

Bizerba surface quality

The thermal coatings of the Bizerba P+E products contain special components that have an enormous cleaning effect on the heating points of the thermal bars. This avoids the settlement of burned paper residues and leads to an extremely long service life of the thermal printers.

Furthermore, the scanner legibility of the receipts depends essentially on the sensitivity of the thermal paper. Bizerba P+E products dispose of a 100 % scanner legibility.

Bizerba glue quality

For each application the suitable "joint":

• Labels with permanent glue stick immediately, strongly and persistently on dry packings. (Type: BK 002)
• For humid packings or deep-freeze products, a special glue with low initial but extremely high final adhesiveness is used. (Type: BK 003)
• In the self-service area, a detachable glue allows consumers to take wrong labels easily and without expensive cleaning agents off scales and scales tables. (Type: BK 004)

For the exact and uniform glue coating is the most important item for optimum functionality of the thermal labels and maintains the capacity of all label and tickets processing devices.

The thermal laminates for adhesive labels are manufactured by joining a silicon base (front roll) to the thermal material (rear roll) using a glue that corresponds to the respective application purpose.
