Quo Vadis Retail

Quo Vadis Retail 4.0

Technology Expert Roundtable

OMG - EHI - ARTS - GS1 - Microsoft

Retailers and Solution Providers

In the area of Retail 4.0, technology is going to outpace the evolution of retail processes. This evolution shifts both what consumers expect as a consequence of being supplied with information, which was not previously possible, as well as what retailers can provide to meet customers’ expectations and reinvent the value of their own offering.

It’s not sufficient just to digitize traditional processes and link solutions that bridge the gap between the physical and digital. To compete and stay relevant in this evolving area, retailers need to rethink customer experiences and reinvent business processes from the ground up.

Technological changes are linked with cultural changes. The transformation of retail processes will help to improve customer engagement, optimize operations, empower employees and finally result in growth by opening up new business potential. Most importantly, these discussions will address the changing needs of customers and capture new business potential. Throughout this event, we will explore all of the opportunities to grow, transform and develop the retail business.
