CWCmaxx is ideally suitable for fill volume control. Products are safely weighed and transported via two chains on the checkweigher. With its robust design the CWCmaxx is the standard in the wet area. Benefit from reliable weight control, efficient cleaning and a high resistance.

CWCmaxx is specifically developed for fully automatic fill volume control in the food industry. It offers you 100% weight control. The tendency control lets you reduce expensive product overfillings. You lower your production costs and constantly ensure the quality of the filled products. Out-of-tolerance products are reliably rejected from the production process. The CWCmaxx combines solid weighing technology with hygienic design: Its open and clearly visible structure can be easily cleaned without leaving any residues. The weighing and conveying unit of the CWCmaxx is resistant to aggressive and chlorous cleaning agents. The high protection IP69 allows cleaning with steam jet or pressure washer. Benefit from maximum service life due to very low-maintenance components. A minimum of wear and tear parts, only one motor and the innovative transport principle without bearings, toothed belts and rollers makes it possible. Even the chain has to be changed very rarely.
