Line converger LCE
Optimizes package handling in material flow systems
Line Converger - Benefits
This high-quality, durable line converger is designed to optimise the handling of packages in material flow systems, such as price labelling and weighing. By merging a maximum of 6 product lines into one, this innovative line converger gives you optimal control over feeding products into the price labeller from the packaging machine. We have a wide variety of package labelling systems.
The high-quality Teflon-coated, specially formed alignment rails on the converger belt are designed to streamline and speed up the converging process by allowing flat packages to slide through with ease. The speed of the converger belt can also be manually adjusted between 10 to 80 metres per minute and calibrated individually for each PLU code. This machine is designed for ease of use, which is why it has a simple, easily navigable and intuitive touch display so you won't have to stall your production line and waste valuable time.
The machine is also incredibly easy to clean at the end of the day so that you can prepare it for each batch quickly. The converger's starter belt is 650 mm but you can select the number of lanes you require manually. The lanes can also be switched in whichever sequence you require in speeds from 6 to 60 metres per minute at different start intervals. The speed of transferring each batch and the speed required for each packing lane can also be modified at all times. You are also free to select a specific time delay in order to transport batches safely back to a specific destination if they are longer than the converger belt. With the addition of a buffer belt and a rotary station to turn your packages 90°, you can have complete control over your material flow system.

The required number of lanes along the 650 mm, patented starter belt is freely selectable, and the individual lanes can be switched in any sequence and at independent start intervals – each at speeds between 6 - 60 m/minute.
The transfer speed for a batch of packs and the output speed per packaging lane are continuously variable. With a defined time delay, the Bizerba LCE is even able to safely transport batches of packs that are longer than the actual converger belt to their intended destination.
- Rotary station for turning packages by 90°
- Connection of a buffer belt and mobile version of the Bizerba LCE
Height dimensions may vary depending on transport height and version (mobile). Frame heights can be adapted for a project
