With everything that is changing around us in these challenging times, you can rely on us to put your needs at the heart of everything we do. As circumstances require many of us to spend more time at home, Bizerba remains committed to the food and retail industry, supporting you and ensuring your businesses can continue to serve customers in the best possible way. It will take a huge collective effort to help government and society cope with this situation so we wanted to inform you of the measures that Bizerba is putting into place to keep essential companies in our industry going.


  • Bizerba global has made a decision to keep our production facilities up and running. We will introduce shifts in our factories to have only a limited amount of staff at one place at a time. Therefore, the supply of equipment and spare parts is secured.
  • Bizerba support services are exempt from the lockdown as we directly support essential companies involved in the production, distribution and supply of food. Hence, our service staff will be available to assist you. In order to ensure that we are able to service without interruption, please send us a letter confirming that Bizerba’s service is critical to your continued operation.
  • Our service hotline number is available for you as usual between 07.00 am and 05.00 pm. After 05.00 pm please call our Bizerba standby number: 081 719 69 57
  • Our sales and admin staff are working from home with full remote access to our systems. Office desk lines are diverted to our cell phones, so you can reach your sales consultants and our admin staff as usual.
