RetailApp IngredientManager
The RetailApp IngredientManager consists of two modules that can be used together or individually: AllergenManager and IngredientFinder. The AllergenManager fulfills the legal requirement to label allergenic ingredients. All allergenic ingredients are recorded once as keywords. The RetailApp then automatically takes over the labelling according to the defined formatting specifications. Whether new items are added or changes are made to ingredient lists, the AllergenManager ensures correct allergen labelling. Advising customers even better in the sales process – the AllergenManager also allows displaying item-specific allergens to the customer and additionally printing this information on the item. Allergens made transparent with the AllergenManager. Consultations on allergens are becoming increasingly important. In this area, the IngredientFinder provides valuable support.
This retail app makes it possible to provide optimal customer advice even with many products, allergens, and ingredients. Using the exclusion search, all items containing certain allergens can be filtered out. The maintenance of search criteria is possible through the definition of keywords and can be expanded beyond allergens as desired. IngredientFinder supports staff with all questions regarding the ingredients of individual products.
