Automation Island 

Live demonstration of an integrated automation line in the end-of-line area – from inspection, metal detection, and marking through linerless labeling and robot-assisted product and box handling to palletizing. Everything is fully networked and centrally controllable. 

At the Automation Island showcase, you will experience:

✔ Metal Detection: World premiere of an innovative metal detection technology with features significantly exceeding the market standard

Inspection Island 

Live demonstration of a fully integrated inline inspection system featuring weight control, AI-supported X-ray inspection, visual label inspection, and leak testing for MAP packaging. For maximum product safety, transparent quality data, and seamless traceability. 

At the Inspection Island showcase, you will experience: 

✔ Inspection: Precise weight control of packages with the CWF and CWD
✔ X-ray inspection: Cost-effective, AI-supported X-ray technology with the iXH for reliable foreign body detection as well as completeness and fill level checks
