VSP with a compact footprint

We developed the compact version of the VSP with a 280 mm blade and a reduced option range specifically for kitchens where space is limited.

Thanks to its compact design and small footprint, the VSP is the ideal solution for confined workspaces without compromising performance or efficiency.

Emotion® drive technology ensures the motor uses only the power required for the product being sliced. This keeps the machine surface cool, helps maintain product freshness and reduces energy consumption.

The adjustable product holder prevents product movement during slicing, delivering clean cutting results while minimizing the risk of injury.

Tool free removal of components supports high hygiene standards. The generous clearance between the blade and motor housing also makes manual cleaning quick and easy.

Compact, safe and hygienic, the VSP is designed to meet demanding slicing requirements.
