160 Years of Bizerba: Labels and Consumables Orders Sweepstakes

1. Organiser
The organiser of the sweepstakes is: Bizerba UK Ltd, Bizerba House, Precedent Drive, Rooksley, Milton Keynes, MK13 8PE, UK

2. Participation Period
Participation is possible from 1 April, 2026 to 30 September, 2026.
The deadline for participation is 30 September , 2026, 11:59 p.m. (CET).
Orders placed within this period will be considered.

3. Eligibility
Eligible to participate are all businesses, self-employed individuals, and freelancers who are customers of the organiser, [Bizerba UK Ltd], and who place a label and/or consumable order with Bizerba during the participation period.
Private individuals are excluded from participation.

Multiple entries are allowed, as each order automatically counts as one entry.

Not eligible to participate are:

• Employees of Bizerba and their relatives
• Persons involved in conducting the sweepstakes
• Public officials

Participation is free and occurs automatically with each labels and/or consumables order.
Multiple orders only increase the number of entries, not the value or likelihood of winning a specific prize.
There is no legal claim to participation or winning.

4. Prize and Prize Value
The prize is a voucher worth £160 for the next label and/or consumable order.

The voucher:

• is intended exclusively for the participating company
• is not redeemable for cash, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable
• can only be applied to a subsequent labels and/or consumables order

5. Exclusion of Personal Benefit
The prize is intended solely for the company, not for individuals.
Before redeeming the voucher, the compliance department of the winning company may be informed about the prize.

6. Winner Selection
All labels and/or consumables orders received during the participation period automatically enter the sweepstakes.
For every 160 orders, one winning entry will be awarded through a random draw.
The total number of received orders is continuously counted.
For each complete group of 160 orders, a winner will be drawn at random from the full pool of orders.
The result (winning company, date of the draw) will be documented internally.

7. Notification and Processing
The winning company will be notified by the responsible Bizerba contact person.

8. Voucher Validity
The voucher issued as part of the sweepstakes is valid until December 31, 2029.
After this date, the right to redeem the voucher expires.

9. Tax Information
Any tax obligations arising from the prize are the responsibility of the winning company.
The organiser assumes no liability in this regard.
The prize value will be communicated transparently.

10. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the sweepstakes.
Processing is carried out in accordance with the GDPR.
Data will be deleted after completion of the sweepstakes and expiration of legal retention periods.

11. Premature Termination
The organiser reserves the right to terminate the sweepstakes early for legal, technical, or organisational reasons.
Participants are not entitled to any claims arising from such termination.

12. Exclusion from Participation
The organiser may exclude participants in the event of violations of these terms and conditions or suspicion of manipulation.

13. Severability Clause
If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

14. Additional Provisions
The sweepstakes and these terms and conditions are subject to UK law.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the organiser.
