The still expanding logistics industry has long since not only been growing in width but also in height. Precise solutions for any purpose

The Vibration Compensation Module was specifically designed for the CWL-L dynamic checkweigher, unveiled as another highlight at this year's trade show. When it comes to the CWL-L, it is a perfect match for the requirements of the logistics industry. Even at high throughput speeds of up to 3.1 meters per second or high loads of up to 60 kilograms, the legal-for-trade checkweigher and catchweigher features precise weighing results. Combined with the new Vibration Compensation Module, it provides robust weighing results even in vibration-prone multi-level upright design. 

This makes it ideal for parcel distribution centers, e-commerce providers, and also for the intralogistics sector. Not only that, but the solution can also be easily integrated into DWS systems, existing conveyor systems, parcel shipping systems, and feeder lines for sorters. Plus, the CWL-L is also a reliable tool for checking other parameters such as completeness or fill quantity. When combined with Bizerba weighing terminals, labelers, scanners, or volumetric instruments, the continuous scale can be ideally expanded into a complete solution.

This scale is a high-precision solution for smaller shipping departments and post offices and is designed for weighing letters, parcels, and merchandise shipments. The dual-range scale is stable and compact in design and is perfect for weighing letters to the exact gram and for handling parcels weighing up to 32 kilograms.

DWS solutions from Bizerba and Metrilus

Metrilus is a German supplier of logistics systems for dimensioning based on the highly innovative computer vision technology "MetriXFreight". By successfully collaborating with weighing technology specialist Bizerba, customers can now benefit from a complete MetriXFreight DWS (= Dimensioning and Weighing System) family of products. Applications include, for example, floor scales, roller conveyor scales, and table scales from Bizerba. The mobile table system S110 will be exhibited at the Bizerba stand at the trade show representing this range of products. It will showcase the high measuring speeds and user-friendly handling in daily operations. 

The MetriXFreight family of products includes pallet, parcel, and free-form piece dimensioning systems for inbound, outbound, and CEP applications. Throughput is up to 750 pieces per hour. All systems feature visual documentation of measured freight, automatic data transfer to the customer's IT network (TMS, WMS, ERP, etc.), predictive maintenance, and remote service as standard. All MetriXFreight DWS products are also integrated into the Bizerba Brain2 Global Shipping Software, enabling optimized shipping processes.
