Manual gravity slicer GSE
The Bizerba GSE is a light-duty manual gravity slicer designed for foodservice and retail environments needing ergonomic handling, hygiene, and consistent slicing results. Featuring a 12" blade set at an 11° incline, it makes feeding and slicing easier, even during long shifts.
