| Two digital solution providers to show an IoT capable picking system for the first time ever at LogiMAT. They developed the system for producing SMEs who are planning to digitally network their supply chain one step at a time. Automatic & precise picking sequences The weight of each inventory item is recorded in the system digitally. This ensures error-free, weight-based removal during picking from the outset – safe & time-saving, for any quantity. Weight is calculated automatically, and the quantity still to be picked at the storage rack is shown right on the display. The integrated weighing technology checks the removal in real-time. As a result of this control, it is ensured that the quantity cannot be picked incorrectly.
Intuitive self-inspection A green LED is a visual signal for the picker: "You have removed the right quantity." Picking for this item is complete, the next one can begin. Intuitive & fast handling – even for untrained staff.
Transparency for flexible planning
