About the Fair
The RetailShow Store Equipment Fair is the largest annual b2b event for the retail sector in Poland. The upcoming 14th edition will be held on November 26-27, 2025 at the Warsaw EXPO XXI Center.
The two-day fair will showcase the offer of more than 200 companies from Poland and around the world in the fields of store design, furniture and equipment, cash registers and scales, IT systems for managing retail chains, loyalty programs, outsourcing services, financial services, security and safety systems, consulting, legal and consulting services, FMCG goods, among others.
Once again, a hallmark of the fair, a Model Store - The Perfect Store - will be built at the fair, where you can learn about design trends and compare the latest appliances and equipment for retail.
The fair is accompanied by the Retail Congress conference, as well as the Innovations of Commerce and Best Shop Concept competitions - the official presentation of awards takes place during the RetailShow Afterparty. The accompanying events are a great opportunity to deepen knowledge, exchange experiences, establish business contacts and promote yourself in the retail market.
