The longest meat counter in the region – freshness, quality and precision
The longest meat counter in the region and a wide selection of local products are among Auchan Cieszyn's greatest strengths. With such an extensive assortment, freshness, precision, and efficient service are essential. The bone saw enables precise portioning of meat, the meat grinder allows it to be minced fresh as needed, and the slicers produce even, attractive slices of cold cuts, cheese and firmer products such as salami. Intuitive equipment operation makes the staff's work easier, while solutions designed for easy cleaning and maintenance help uphold high hygiene standards.
From portioning to slicing – tailored to customer expectations
Each product can be prepared according to the customer's individual order. The bone saw produces attractive, consistent portions of fresh or frozen meat, including bone-in products. Minced meat is prepared fresh as needed, giving customers confidence in its freshness. Slicers enable cold cuts and cheese to be sliced quickly to the selected thickness. Efficient equipment shortens service times, while hygienic design makes it easier to keep the counter area clean.
Precise weighing in the confectionery and fish departments
Bizerba Q1 800 expert scale
In the confectionery area, every product is weighed and labeled precisely. Using the intuitive display, the employee quickly selects the appropriate PLU number and the Bizerba Q1 800 expert scale automatically prepares the printout. This makes the weighing process fast and convenient, while ensuring that the customer receives a product that is correctly labeled and priced. The same model also supports the fish department, providing accurate weighing, clear presentation of information and efficient customer service.
Less downtime, less waste, more space for important product information
Linerless labels are printed from a continuous roll without backing paper, so they generate no additional liner waste. The 80-meter rolls significantly reduce how often they need to be replaced, helping staff work more efficiently and improving service productivity. The label length automatically adapts to the amount of information being printed, making it possible to display all product data clearly, including name, ingredients, allergens, weight, price, batch number and use-by date. There are no unnecessary blank areas and no wasted material. It is a practical solution that streamlines everyday work, reduces material consumption and provides customers with clear and complete information about the products on offer, so they know exactly what they are buying.
